Group Exercise
The paramount focus of DSFN during Group X is delivering personalized care. The ratio of athletes to coach will never exceed 8 to 1. The purpose of this setting is to maintain a high-quality of instruction and an environment conducive to learning new movements, then safely and properly executing those movements. Group exercise at DSFN uses a circuit-based format that combines traditional and functional resistance-training also focusing on metabolic conditioning.
